Contract law

We provide a wide range of assistance to both businesses and private individuals in drafting contracts, drafting opinions and legal documentation. The aim of our legal work in drafting and reviewing contracts is to ensure that the contracts are ultimately well defended in legal proceedings, such as litigation, and that the client's interests are protected in the best possible way and from as many sides as possible within the legal framework.

The main types of contracts we are happy to assist in drafting and providing opinions on:

  • preparation and examination of contracts customary in business life: sales contracts,
  • international trade contracts, contracts for services, commission, lease, franchise, labour related and other contracts

The definition of a contract in the current Civil Code is: "a contract is a mutual and unequivocal declaration by the parties, which creates an obligation to perform a service and a right to claim the performance of a service." An obligation is therefore created between the contracting parties, giving rise to rights and obligations.
